Originally from Richmond, Virginia, she moved to Wyoming in 2013 and has built her career on deep roots in the state's communities. She earned her bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from the University of Wyoming in 2017, then spent three years living in rural Wyoming towns including Centennial, Foxpark, and Riverside—experiences that shaped her understanding of the resilience and self-reliance her clients embody.

During law school at the University of Wyoming College of Law, Sinkiewicz gained extensive hands-on experience representing low-income clients through three semesters with UW's Civil Legal Services Clinic while simultaneously working at Laramie's historic Buckhorn Bar & Parlor. She trained closely under two Wyoming solo practitioners with more than 65 years of combined experience, a mentorship that reinforced her commitment to client-focused, practical lawyering. After becoming a member of the Wyoming State Bar in October 2024, she worked as an Associate Attorney at a mid-sized Cheyenne firm, where she further developed her courtroom advocacy and motion practice before founding her own firm.
