Mr. Nachbar has also served as a part-time municipal judge for Casper for eighteen years and has been appointed to the Wyoming criminal pattern jury instructions committee.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Nachbar has instructed judicial training courses on contempt of court and published materials on workers' compensation law. He remains active in the Natrona County community.
