A Green River native and the first in his family to earn a college degree, Holcomb earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wyoming in 2015 and returned to the university for law school, graduating with his Juris Doctorate in 2022. Following his admission to the Wyoming Bar, he worked as a Public Defender for the State of Wyoming, where he represented hundreds of clients facing misdemeanor and felony charges. In that role, he developed a track record of protecting clients' rights through negotiated plea agreements and jury trial acquittals.
