Bryce McPartland grew up on a farm in central Washington, the oldest of seven children. After graduating from Warden High School in 1997, he earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Washington State University, where he received the Howard Payne Award for excellence in undergraduate research. He went on to graduate from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2005, where he served as Articles Editor of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law. Throughout his legal career, McPartland has focused almost entirely on representing injured persons, including many who work in the same blue collar trades he grew up around.

The firm handles a full spectrum of personal injury matters, including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian injuries, uninsured motorist claims, workers' compensation cases, drunk driving accidents, brain and head injuries, child injuries, and bad faith insurance claims.
