Marsh Julian, the firm's founder and attorney, brings a distinctive background to his legal practice. Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, he spent years working in construction and skilled trades—operating heavy equipment, truck driving, and later working as a licensed plumbing and electrical contractor—before deciding to pursue law. While maintaining full-time work as a tradesman, he completed coursework at Florence Darlington Technical College and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in History from Francis Marion University in 2013, graduating cum laude. He then attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2016 while gaining practical experience through a clerkship at a boutique firm specializing in homeowners' association and property law representation.

After law school, Julian moved his practice to Florence and accepted a position as a local prosecutor in August 2017. During his time in government practice, he handled hundreds of traffic and criminal cases, gaining extensive courtroom experience and deep knowledge of the criminal justice system. In July 2019, he transitioned to private practice to expand the range of services he could offer clients.

Today, Julian focuses his litigation practice on family law matters including divorces and custody disputes, criminal defense, personal injury claims including car accident cases, traffic ticket defense, and other civil matters. He is admitted to practice in South Carolina courts and is a member of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. As an active member of Calvary Baptist Church in Florence, where he serves as a deacon and Sunday School teacher, Julian is deeply rooted in the local community.
