Horner works closely with clients to build confidence in their planning decisions and offers a free initial consultation to all new clients.

Jessica F. Cherry concentrates her practice on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She assists individuals and families in developing personalized estate plans that reflect their wishes, protect assets, and address tax considerations. Cherry also provides guidance to trustees navigating the complexities of trust administration and helps families through the probate process. She is a member of the Estate Planning and Administration Section of the Oregon State Bar, the Deschutes County Bar Association, Cascade Women Lawyers, and the Central Oregon Estate Planning Council. She holds a board position with the Bend-La Pine Education Foundation.

Julie Gregory joined the firm after a 17-year tenure as Regional Director and Senior Philanthropic Advisor with Oregon Community Foundation. She focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Gregory holds a law degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law and previously practiced litigation and business law in private practice and with the US Department of Justice. She has been a Bend resident for 24 years and maintains active involvement in local cultural and educational organizations.
