Emily Mansoor, a Northern Nevada native, earned her J.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas William Boyd School of Law in 2019 and is licensed to practice in Nevada, California, and Washington DC. She has served as a law clerk to the Honorable James E. Wilson, Jr. in the First Judicial District Court and maintains admission to both the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Her practice focuses on estate planning, real estate transactions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. She works with individual clients planning their estates during significant life transitions, guides emerging startups through business formation and commercial contracting, and supports established companies with governance matters.
