Chelsea Carlson earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law and brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work. As a domestic violence survivor, she has made advocacy for families affected by abuse a central part of her mission. Throughout her career, she has successfully represented clients across the full spectrum of family law matters, including divorce, child custody disputes, spousal support, and domestic violence cases. She recognizes that family law involves emotional challenges alongside legal complexity, and she approaches each case with sensitivity while maintaining clear communication and strategic focus. Beyond her practice, Chelsea is actively involved in the legal community through multiple bar associations and regularly contributes pro bono services to those in need.

Adam Barritt, Esquire, joined the firm following his graduation from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he earned the William H. Smith Academic Excellence Scholarship and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award. Before law school, he earned a bachelor's degree cum laude from the University of Nebraska-Omaha with majors in history and religious studies. As a law clerk, Adam gained experience drafting briefs and motions, including work on cases before the Nebraska Supreme Court and Nebraska Court of Appeals. He has also volunteered with community organizations dedicated to legal aid and food security. Adam practices family law, probate, estate planning, and employment law.
