Russ Plath, the firm's founding attorney, has spent more than twenty-five years representing the disabled and injured in workers' compensation and personal injury matters. Hayley Kemmick joined the firm as an associate in 2015 after working as a legal assistant since 2013. A Billings native, she earned her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Montana and her law degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, where she completed a certificate in public interest law. She was admitted to the Montana State Bar in spring 2015.
