Tricia S. Fairfield, also a principal attorney, graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in economics and earned her law degree from the same institution in 1994, graduating with distinction. Her practice concentrates on real estate transactions—both commercial and residential—alongside corporation and business law, estate planning, and probate administration. She maintains licensure in both Iowa and Illinois and is active in the Iowa State Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Scott County Bar Association.
