She received her law degree, cum laude, from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2007 and returned to Evansville to practice. Before establishing Worman Legal in 2016, she worked with the Indiana Department of Child Services and held positions at other local law firms, bringing substantial experience in family law practice to her clients.

Worman has been recognized as a "Rising Star" in the Indiana Super Lawyers magazine in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017. In 2011, the Indiana Lawyer named her an "Up and Coming Lawyer" in its Leadership in Law Awards, and she was included in the Evansville Courier and Press and EBJ's 20 Under 40 class of 2014. She is actively involved in the legal community and broader Evansville area, having served on the boards of the Evansville Bar Foundation, Tri-State Food Bank, and other civic organizations. Worman previously taught Medical Law and Ethics and Business Law as an adjunct professor at Ivy Tech University's Evansville Campus.
