Michal Fus is a John Marshall Law School graduate who has practiced law since 2005. He began his career at a boutique firm specializing in bankruptcy before advancing to a Fortune 500 corporation, where he managed complex, multimillion-dollar lease agreements for a major telecommunications company. His current practice focuses on transportation, bankruptcy, real estate, and foreclosure matters, and he is known for meticulous advocacy and strategic analysis. He holds licenses in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, as well as the Illinois Supreme Court. Fus was inducted onto the Aminus Poloniae Legal Clinic 2021 Honor Roll for his pro bono contributions.

Dmitri Kachan is a University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign College of Law graduate who brings substantial litigation and regulatory expertise. During law school, he represented clients in Department of Children and Family Services proceedings. After graduation, he joined the Will County State's Attorney's Office, rising to courtroom supervisor while handling hundreds of thousands of cases across a spectrum of complex criminal matters, including assaults, batteries, DUI charges, and criminal sexual abuse cases. In private practice, Kachan represents national insurance companies, transportation brokers, motor carriers, and individuals. His practice encompasses transportation law, regulatory compliance, FMCSA matters, insurance disputes, criminal defense, family law, real estate transactions, and contract negotiation. He has led multimillion-dollar real estate development projects throughout the Chicagoland suburbs and is an active member of the Transportation Lawyers Association. Kachan received a 2018 CALI Award in Family Law and successfully convicted a Braidwood mayor on DUI charges.
