Before launching his own practice, Fulk worked as an Associate Attorney at Downes, Tallerico, & Schwalm for over two years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Justice and an Associate's degree in Business Finance from the University of Alaska and is admitted to practice in Alaska and a member of the Alaska Bar Association.
