Ken Riemer brings substantial litigation experience to his practice. A 1990 Tulane Law School graduate, he began his legal career as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice's Environmental Enforcement Section in Washington, D.C., where he recovered millions in fines and cleanup costs and earned the Attorney General's Special Achievement Award. After returning to Mobile in 1994, he became a partner at one of Alabama's largest statewide firms before launching his own practice in 2001 to focus exclusively on consumer protection matters. In 2010, he co-founded Underwood & Riemer, P.C., which became South Alabama's only multi-attorney firm dedicated to consumer protection litigation. He now operates Riemer Law, LLC, continuing his consumer advocacy work.
